Current FEMA Flood Zones

This map represents the updated Flood Zones for Kitsap County as identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. This data was updated in December of 2007, after a series of detailed hydrologic studies in various parts of the county where increased development has occurred.

Streams and Surface Water
 
This map is a variation of the one presented above, with the same stream, wetland, and hydric soil features. It also includes a hillshade background, data for the adjoining counties, and lacks the parcel boundaries so that the environmental data can be better presented.

  Watersheds

Defines the named watersheds of Kitsap County. Includes parcels, streams, and water bodies. While this data was created from a 30 meter resolution Digital Elevation Model, it is being displayed over a 6 foot resolution LiDAR hillshade. Some errors may be noted between the hydrology, the watershed boundaries, and the apparent surface topography seen in the hillshade.
